Winter concerts

This december, Groninger Studenten Muziekgezelschap Bragi will be performing their winter concerts, titled “Bragi celebrates Light”. Our symphony choir and orchestra, conducted by Hannah Tomasini, will bring you the festive yet challenging Gloria by Francis Poulenc. After this, the orchestra, with Ghislain Bellefroid as our new conductor, will lead you through the dramatic prowess of Johannes Brahms’s 3rd Symphony. You will also hear a selection from the winter programme “Tabula Rasa” by Bragi’s a cappella choir, led by Rein de Vries, with music from Brahms, Sweelinck, and others.
